We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Trainee to join a food manufacturing environment in Deerfield, MO. This is a great opportunity to grow your maintenance skills while supporting a team that values safety, quality, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all products meet Food Safety and Quality Standards
• Report any food safety concerns to your supervisor
• Inspect machinery before use; report issues prior to or during operation
• Verify correct product labeling and lot codes
• Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during cleaning or scraping
• Follow supervisor instructions on product runs and needed containers
• Assist with industrial maintenance tasks, including exposure to:
• PLC basics
• Pump repairs/installs
• Fabrication and welding
• PSM processes
• Motor repairs/installs
• Basic electrical repairs
Pay
up to $22 per hour
Ideal Candidate
• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to learn industrial equipment and safety processes
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
